Major League Baseball season is fast approaching the halfway point of the season and there's one former Rogers State standout who's making the most of his big league opportunity. Spencer Bivens is quickly becoming a fan favorite in San Francisco, the former RSU Hillcat picked up his second win on the mound on Sunday in his first start for the Giants.
